they would both be great and probably equally nutritious, you could add alot of fruit to the smoothie which will increase its benefits.

Well both so you could always alternate your breakfast and why not give a croissant and fruit a whirl as well. All of these will keep you going until lunch time without snacking.

depends on what you have for the rest of the day. Weetabix are good because they’re a good source of fibre and carbohydrate and they’re low in fat, sugar and salt. Plus they’ll fill you up more than a smoothie. And bananas are a good source of slow release energy which will see you through most of the morning. Try adding a few raisins. Yummy.. I have that every morning! Smoothies can sometimes be high in sugar. Even though it’s natural sugar. So they say anyway… I think we should be allowed to eat as much fruit as we want. The biggest advantage of the ‘ol Weetabix is that you won’t be hungry in an hours time.

Weetabix and banana would contain more fibre which is good for your digestive system.
It depends what you put in the smoothie but I would need to eat some solid food for breakfast and not just drink or else i’d get hungry.
I would stick with weetabix and banana.

weetabix option because it has cereal in it. the body needs carbs via wheat, bread, cereal, potato etc for slow release energy to stop cravings and fuel our bodies.
the smoothie is good for a midmorning snack but you should start your day with cereal or toast.
